Rhea Chakraborty gets big relief in Sushant Singh Rajput case

A special NDPS court in Mumbai on Wednesday allowed actress Rhea Chakraborty to travel abroad for four days to attend the IIFA awards ceremony in Abu Dhabi. Rhea Chakraborty was found accused in a drug case involving the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Rhea Chakraborty got relief for a few days

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act Court Special Judge A. a. Joglekar directed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to hand over her passport to Rhea Chakraborty. The actress has been allowed to travel to Abu Dhabi from June 2 to June 5. However, the court has imposed several conditions while allowing Rhea Chakraborty to travel abroad.

The court imposed these conditions on Rhea Chakraborty

The court says that Rhea Chakraborty will have to attend daily at the Indian embassy in Abu Dhabi, giving details of her travels to the NCB, and on her return to India, she will have to hand over her passport to the NCB. The special court in its order said, “The applicant is also directed to deposit a cash surety of Rs one lakh in the court.”

Rhea Chakraborty receives an invitation from IIFA

Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Nikhil Manshinde told the court that the actress has been invited by the director of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) to walk the green carpet and she will present an award. Apart from this, Rhea Chakraborty is also going to be seen hosting an event.
