In a recent event, Amir Khan announced that he wants to experience life more now that’s why he wants a break now from his acting profession.
As for his upcoming project, he announced earlier that he is going to act in a Hindi remake of a Spanish movie named Champion in English. He has backed out from there also. For the audience that movie is still going to produce under his banner Amir Khan films.
Speaking the last movie that Amir expressed is so close to his heart is Forest Gump . Which was remade in Hindi as Laal Singh Chadha. And has turned out to be a big flop on the commercial front. As per the reports, the movie was developed on a whooping sum of 180 crore budget. But the movie has drastically failed at the box office and just collected around 60 cr net in its lifetime.

So after the movie, Amir is seen at his childhood friend’s event. And also interacted with the media where he put his thought on his upcoming project. He says”When I am doing a film as an actor, I get so lost in it that nothing else happens in my life. I feel that I want to take a break, I want to be with my family, I want to be with my mom and my kids. I feel I have been working for 35 years.”
“For these 35 years, I have single-mindedly focused on my work. And I feel that it’s not fair to the people who are close to me and it’s not fair to me also in many ways. This is the time that I would like to take some time off and experience life differently. I am looking forward to the next year and a half. If I am not working as an actor and will work as a producer. I will be producing Champions”
