Bhumi Pednekar speaks about hers most mentally challenging acting of her life in her acting career more precisely in Bollywood
In a recent chat on round table talks which is organized by Bollywood Hungama. Bhumi Pednekar shares her experience while filming her most intimate scene which she acted in Lust Stories.
Lust stories are web series that is a combination of four Stories which is directed by four different directors namely. Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee, and Karan Johar. The story is about the Personal life and sex life of four different sections of society.
The scene which Bhumi is talking about is directed by Zoya Akhtar. In these, she says that she barely has any cloth on her body. She also speaks that it’s her first-time experience being so naked in front of people which is having some people around there.

She says, “When I did Lust Stories, I was nervous. It was a ‘full throttle’ orgasm but at that time, for me intimacy coordinator, we didn’t have that. But, Zoya, with the sensitivity with which she took me and Neil through it, because as she said, it is not about ‘you are a girl and you should feel comfortable when a male co-star needs to’.”
She further expresses and says, “But, I was nervous because this is the most naked I can be in the room full of people. I barely had any clothes on. And we have protection and were technically done but still, between Neil and I, we had to sit down and say that these are our boundaries. Just that conversation between your director, you, and your co-actor was so important because you are in a moment and it’s no different,”
For the audience, Lust stories were released in 2018 on OTT. It is available on Netflix for viewers.
