While promoting the movie Cirkus Ranveer Singh calls the relationship between him and Rohit Shetty like Brothers.
During the promotion of the movie Cirkus Ranveer Singh opens up about his relationship with Director Rohit Shetty. He also calls him big brother for helping him for getting work with so many huge stars and big comedians who he has always admired and wants to inculcate some of their characteristics of theirs in him.

He further continues about his journey and Rohit Shetty’s contribution to it. He says, “For the past 15 years, the most loved comedy in Hindi cinema is Golmaal. I have been waiting for 15 years to be part of a film like this and it is a dream come true to work with genius talents like Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, and all our senior actors. Rohit sir always fulfills my dream, he was the first one to present me as a cop and now he made me do comedy. To make the audience laugh, we have made this film so that they forget all their worries”
He further elaborates on his relationship and says, “Our collaboration is very special. We say, director-actor duo, but this is beyond work. He is like the big brother that I have been blessed with. I wanted to be adopted by Rohit Shetty’s family and that has happened”
Rohit Shetty also praises Ranveer Singh and calls him one of the Hardest workers in B-town. He also calls him the most energetic and dedicated actor in B-town. While praising him he says, “He was to get married and we had to finish shooting Simmba on time. We worked 20 hours a day and his energy level and dedication remain the same throughout the day”.
Talking about the work front Ranveer Singh was last seen in the biopic of the 1983 world cup.
