Actor Meezan Jafri (aka Meezaan Jaffrey) has revealed that how he got the anticipated movie “Hungama 2 “ after film Malaal. Unfortunately, which was unsuccessful.
Recently Meezan Jafri has debuted in Bollywood through “Malaal” film, under Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film. Since the film was not successful. During his interview with BollywoodLife, he has disclosed lots of points of his life. Meezan Jafri has said that despite his failure in debuted film. Director Priyadarshan sir and Producer Ratan Jain sir have allowed him to show his acting skills in this film.
Moreover, he has also revealed that before this film proposal has been kept in front of Ayushman Khurana and Kartik Aryan. But because of some reason, they rejected this proposal. Meezaan said, “Me getting Hungama 2 is extremely contradictory to what the audience is saying these days. The reason I got Hungama 2 is that they like my work in “Malaal”. When I spoke to Ratanji he told me that Priyadarshan sir had first approached Ayushmann Khurrana and then they had approached Kartik Aryan and both said no for whatever reason they know best. So, their first choices were, Ayushman and Kartik for Hungama2 after which they thought of me.”
He has also revealed that nepotism had not played any role in his career. Meezaan said,” If you think about it, my father is also a product of nepotism. But his father (Jay Deep) didn’t help him get any work. Today I’m in touch with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, it’s because my friend is his niece, but my father has never done a movie with Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, so he’d call up for himself first before me”. He has thanked his friend for giving him the opportunity to make my career. Meezaan has also shared that he has learned dancing from his father and he is very close to his mother than that of the father.
