A fresh promo from Bigg Boss 20’s Weekend Ka Vaar has surfaced, showing host Salman Khan taking Rhiti Tiwari, daughter of politician-actor Manoj Tiwari, to task over her conduct inside the house. The confrontation stems from a Diss Battle task in which Rhiti reportedly used foul language against fellow contestant Uditi Singh, sparking a major altercation among the housemates.
In the clip, Salman is seen reminding Rhiti of why she joined the show in the first place. He tells her that she had entered Bigg Boss 20 hoping to become a rockstar, but her choice of language risks damaging not just her own image but also that of her father. He further points out that before her entry into the house, nobody really knew who she was.
Salman then brings up the sensitive topic of nepotism, telling Rhiti that as Manoj Tiwari’s daughter, many would assume her presence on the show is solely because of her father’s identity. He adds that some viewers believe he might go easy on her because she is seen as a ‘nepo-kid’. Pushing her to reflect on her behaviour, Salman gives her a direct choice, asking whether she would rather be scolded strictly or made to understand calmly. By the end of the exchange, Rhiti is visibly in tears.
This confrontation comes right after last week’s charged episode, where Salman addressed the trolling he personally faces, including comments on ageing and body image. During that segment, without naming anyone directly, he also spoke about actresses being mocked over post-partum weight gain, a remark netizens linked to Katrina Kaif following her appearance at the Ambani family’s Ganpati celebrations. Salman had also removed his shirt on stage in response to online trolls who had been age-shaming and body-shaming him.
