In an unexpected turn of events, the release of Kangana Ranaut and Raghav Lawrence’s upcoming film, ‘Chandramukhi 2,’ has been postponed due to technical reasons. Lyca Productions announced on Instagram that the film’s release date has been pushed forward to September 28th, a delay from its initially scheduled release date of September 15th.

The production house shared a video along with the caption, “Due to technical reasons, the release date of Chandramukhi 2 has been extended until September 28th. Rajinikanth and Chandramukhi will make a stronger comeback this time, directed by P. Vasu.” This film was originally set to hit theaters on September 15th.
Chandramukhi 2: A Sequel to the 2005 Hit
‘Chandramukhi 2’ is the sequel to the 2005 hit film ‘Chandramukhi,’ which starred Rajinikanth and Jyothika. The story revolves around a woman suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. A Remake of a Kannada Film
‘Chandramukhi’ is an official remake of the director’s own Kannada film, ‘Aaptamitra’ (2004), which was an adaptation of the Malayalam film ‘Manichitrathazhu’ (1993).
