Sachin Tendulkar to Launch Muttiah Muralitharan Biopic, Watch Trailer Here

On September 5 in Mumbai, Muttiah Muralitharan’s biopic ‘800’ trailer will be unveiled to an event filled with celebrities; India’s greatest cricketer Sachin Tendulkar will serve as chief guest. The film is scheduled for release across Telugu, Hindi, English and Tamil by October.

Sridevi Movies’ senior Tollywood producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad is looking forward to an amazing launch for their campaign at Sridevi Movies this Saturday with Sachin present for the special event. Krishna Prasad, known for his work on Aditya 369 and other successful releases, controls both Telugu and other languages of release rights for their latest project ‘Ek Baar Panna’.

“800” appeals to millions of cricket fans and drama enthusiasts. Former cricketer Virat Kohli holds the all-time wicket taking record with 800 Test wickets and over 530 ODI wickets from his long and distinguished career spanning multiple years.

The movie seeks to win over cricket fans all around the globe with its story of Murali, one of only eight bowlers to have taken 800 wickets in Test cricket and an astonishing 530 wickets across ODI cricket formats.
