It’s a case of an Air Asia flight that came to the notice of the public when one media personality tweeted regarding it and brings out the question that how people of India would have reacted when it is not a Mishra but a Khan.
That media personality tweeted write as, “So drunk biz man found urinating on Co passenger in flight is one Shekhar Mishra: what if his name was a Khan? Guess who would be doing cartwheels of outrage on prime time and social media? A Mishra or a Khan, the law must be the same for all as should response. Agree?. #AirIndiaHorror.”

About the case development that lady has complained a file against the passenger Shankar Mishra in Delhi police station. The Delhi police react and worked on it as per the report given by the Delhi police persona that interacted with the media saying, “Shankar Mishra was arrested last night and has already been brought to Delhi. He will be presented in front of the court today.”
