The Beginning
Disha Patani was first seen in the Telugu film Loafer in 2015 and then she made her first Bollywood debut in the superhit film M.S Dhoni alongside the late Sushant Singh Rajput. She played her love interest of Mahendra Dhoni.
She was Priyanka Jha the first love interest of Dhoni who dies in a car accident. The movie was directed by Neeraj Pandey and became a massive hit. Her performance immediately made her a national crush.

She then starred in a music video opposite Tiger Shroff winning the hearts of netizens with her groovy moves and impeccable fashion sense. The became a hit on YouTube and now has 51 Million views. She then acted in Jackie Chan’s movie Kung Fu Yoga.
Next, she was seen in Baaghi 2 opposite Tiger Shroff, which was a sequel of Baaghi in 2016. Both the movies were produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Baaghi 2 was directed by Ahmed Khan in 2018 and it made approximately 250 crores.
Her next big break was in 2019 when she starred as the leading lady in Bharat with Salman Khan. Bharat did not do exceptionally well at the box office yet it was not a flop. Critics said that she had a lot of hidden potential.
She then starred in another commercially successful film Malang in 2020 alongside Aditya Roy Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. The film was directed by Mohit Suri and distributed by Yash Raj Studios. It seems like from the time she starred in Baaghi 2 she never looed back. Her films have always been a commercial success and her Instagram account has always been the talk of the town.
