Divorce is more painful than death
In a conversation with the Bombay Times, Nitish Bharadwaj talked about his separation from his wife Smita. He said- Yes, I had applied for divorce in Mumbai’s Family Court in September 2019. I don’t want to go deep into what is the reason for our separation? At present, the matter is in court. All I can say is that sometimes divorce can be more painful than death. Especially when you are living alone.
I haven’t been lucky
Nitish Bharadwaj further said- I have full faith in an institution like marriage, but I have not been lucky. There can be many reasons for the breakdown of the marriage. Sometimes it is due to a stubborn attitude or lack of empathy or it can be a result of arrogance and always thinking about oneself. But when the family breaks up, children travel the most. In such a situation, it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that it has the least impact on the children.

During the interview, Nitish Bharadwaj was asked that do you talk to your daughters? In response to this, he said, I would not like to say anything about whether I am able to meet him or not. I tried to contact Smita several times, but she did not respond to the messages.
