Maxtern Slams Salman Khan For Criticising ScoutOP’s Sitting Posture On Bigg Boss 20

The 50 contestant Maxtern criticised Salman Khan for reprimanding ScoutOP over his sitting posture on Bigg Boss 20’s Weekend Ka Vaar, while fellow contestant Bebika Dhurve reacted with laughing emojis.

Reality show contestant Maxtern, who was part of The 50, has publicly criticised Bigg Boss 20 host Salman Khan for reprimanding esports player ScoutOP over his sitting posture during a recent episode of Weekend Ka Vaar. Taking to social media, Maxtern defended ScoutOP, stating that sitting cross-legged is a common practice among people from villages.

In a video shared online, Maxtern expressed his confusion over Salman Khan’s reaction, saying, “Mereko nahi samajh aa raha Salman Khan ko hua kya hai.” He went on to explain that ScoutOP was simply sitting cross-legged on the bed, a posture he claimed was completely normal and one he himself follows regularly. He questioned why such a sitting style would be objectionable.

Maxtern further elaborated that this sitting posture is deeply ingrained in rural lifestyles, even extending to everyday activities such as defecating in such a position. Taking a direct dig at the Bollywood star, he remarked, “Aap thodi na samjhoge. Aap ameer ghar se ho na bhai, isiliye,” implying that Salman’s affluent background prevented him from understanding such cultural nuances.

Fellow The 50 contestant Bebika Dhurve appeared to back Maxtern’s comments, reacting to his video in the comments section with a series of laughing emojis, seemingly endorsing his viewpoint.

What Happened On Weekend Ka Vaar

During the latest episode of Weekend Ka Vaar on Bigg Boss 20, Salman Khan had addressed ScoutOP’s sitting posture after a viral reel showed him placing his foot on the headrest of the seat occupied by fellow contestant Qazi Touqeer. The host pointed out that ScoutOP was sitting cross-legged while other contestants had their legs down, and questioned whether he would behave similarly in a public setting. Salman noted that he himself hailed from a small town and understood why people often sat in this manner, but stressed that there is a certain etiquette expected while sitting in public spaces.

The new episodes of Bigg Boss 20 are released daily at 9 pm on Jio Hotstar and at 10.30 pm on Colors TV.
