Bigg Boss 20 contestant Qazi Touqeer finds himself in another on-screen clash, this time with co-contestant Kanika Mann. A newly released promo from Salman Khan’s reality show shows the two getting into a heated argument after Qazi cracked a joke that did not sit well with Kanika.
The promo does not reveal the exact joke that triggered the confrontation. Instead, it opens with Kanika shouting at Qazi in the bedroom, in full view of other housemates. Calling him ‘overintelligent’, she took a sharp jibe at him, telling him, “Aapko tameez main hi sikha k jaungi.” She further labelled his behaviour as ‘cheap’, adding, “I don’t expect cheap things from you.”
Following the argument, fellow contestants Mahhi Vij, Uditi Singh, and Aman Gandhi urged Qazi to be more careful rather than backing him up. However, Qazi stood his ground, questioning why his joke had become such a big issue for everyone.
The situation intensified further when Amrapali Dubey stepped in and questioned Qazi about the necessity of his remarks. Qazi, refusing to back down, shot back at her, asking whether the matter concerned her and pointing out that it was strictly between him and Kanika. He questioned her, “Are you her advocate?” The promo ends with Qazi telling Mahhi Vij that people creating a fuss over such minor issues can ‘go to hell’.
In just three weeks since the show began, Qazi Touqeer has emerged as one of the most popular contestants of Bigg Boss 20. His playful antics, including his now-viral ‘I am a rockstar baby’ step, have won him a massive fan following and kept the entertainment quotient of the show high. Beyond the humour, Qazi has also been praised for taking a firm stand when required — notably, he was the only contestant to support Uditi Singh after Rhiti Tiwari made inappropriate remarks about her during a diss battle, a moment that even host Salman Khan acknowledged on the show.
