Bigg Boss 20 captain Uditi Singh was left in tears after a heated argument with fellow contestant Kushal Tanwar, popularly known in the house as Gullu, took a personal turn on the reality show.
The disagreement started over a mundane household issue. On the day in question, no housemate had been assigned to chop vegetables, which meant dinner that evening consisted of just dal and rice, with no sabzi on the menu. When Gullu questioned why there was no vegetable dish, Uditi called him a “chor,” accusing him of frequently helping himself to ration and food items without authorisation. She further told him that he was welcome to cook his own meals from then on.
The situation intensified as Gullu continued to push back on being labelled a “chor.” Uditi clarified her remark, saying, “Main yeh keh rahi thi joh aap pe tag laga hai, aap chura ke khate ho toh ye bhi kha lo.” In response, Gullu changed the direction of the conversation entirely, remarking, “Sab kisi pe ek do tag lagte hain… Kisi pe EX ka tag lagta hai, kisi pe chor ka lagta hai.”
Visibly hurt by the comment, Uditi confronted him directly, asking, “Aap personal kyu ja rahe ho? You think you will be smart by talking about my ex? Main tumhara Roadies, Splitsvilla la rahi hoon yaha pe. Tumne ex kyun laya.” She then walked away towards the washroom area, where she broke down in tears.
Reopening an Old Storyline
The exchange brought back an earlier narrative from the show involving Uditi’s past relationship with actor Karan Wahi. She had previously spoken about their breakup, describing it as a “blessing in disguise” that had positively reshaped both her personal life and her career.
